1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Deposure collects, uses, and protects your data. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information (email, password hash)
  • Workspace and application metadata
  • Technical logs (IP addresses, request data for debugging and security)
  • Abuse reports and security flags

3. How We Use Data

  • To operate applications and tunnels
  • To detect and prevent abuse
  • To comply with legal requirements
  • To contact users regarding security issues

4. Data Sharing

Deposure does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except when required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Handling registrar abuse reports
  • Security investigations

5. Abuse Investigations & Subdomain Reports

If malicious content is detected on a free-tier subdomain, Deposure may:

  • suspend the specific subdomain
  • display a suspension banner
  • retain logs for security and registrar verification

Deposure will always attempt to resolve issues without risking the parent domain, and we cooperate with registrars to prevent whole-domain takedowns.

6. Security

We use encryption, token-based authentication, and rate-limited infrastructure to protect data and prevent misuse.
